Meet Hannah Schwartz, LCSW \

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works from a collaborative, relationship-centered approach grounded in attachment theory. I support teenagers (12+), adults, parents and caregivers, and families. I help clients understand how their brain, body, and early relational experiences shape the patterns they carry today. I approach each client with the belief that they have inherent resilience, and that change becomes possible when there is safety, understanding, and support.

I specialize in trauma and Complex PTSD, ADHD, and the parenting dynamics that influence parent-child relationships and the patterns families carry across generations. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and gently challenging. I prioritize a therapeutic relationship built on trust, flexibility, and reliability. Together, we create a space where insight, healing, and meaningful change can take shape.

Therapy Services For Lasting Change

Trauma therapy

I work with individuals who have experienced trauma or Complex PTSD(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), in childhood or adulthood. What I love most about trauma work is that it is deeply hopeful – healing is very possible. Together, we explore the nervous system, old patterns of protection, and the parts of you that learned to survive, creating space for safety, connection, and a more grounded sense of self.

ADHD Therapy

I support teens and adults with ADHD – helping them understand their brain, body, and lived experience through an ADHD-informed lens. For teens, I pair individual therapy with parent coaching so the entire system can function more smoothly, not just the individual. With adults, we work to understand patterns, build self-compassion, and create structures that actually work for day-to-day life.

Parent Coaching

I help parents and caregivers who want to break generational patterns and parent with greater intention, confidence, and compassion. Parent coaching centers on understanding your child’s brain and behaviors – whether shaped by ADHD, trauma, or nervous system needs – while also supporting you as the caregiver. Together, we build emotional intelligence, practical communication tools, and strategies that help create a calmer, more connected relationship with your child.

Family Therapy

I work with families who want to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and better understand one another’s emotional needs. Family therapy offers a space to slow things down, make sense of recurring patterns, and learn new ways of relating that feel more supportive and respectful for everyone involved. Together, we focus on building emotional awareness, repairing moments of disconnection, and creating a stable foundation at home.
